Positivity Challenge

Write a list of things that are good about you. Sometimes there are so many negative ideas we pick up about ourselves during the day, that we need a little positive reinforcement to balance it all out. I just tried  it and honestly I feel more at peace than I have in months. So give it a try. Just write down everything that is good and wonderful about you. It can be difficult not to let any little negativity slip in (i am really pretty/handsome…but i could stand to loose a few pounds) No! None of that nonsense. Write only the good and leave it at that. When you’re done, read it out loud to yourself. You might feel silly at first but then you’ll get into it.
