I slacked off on my workouts…AGAIN. I never really forgot that I was trying to loose weight, I just go so busy. Working and going to school full time is easier said than done. BUT, I am on a mission. I AM going to be at my best, but the time the warm weather arrives this year. I’m thinking MAY. I actually am closer than I was before, but by no effort of my own. Simply the increased walking I’ve been doing and eating less b/c of stress has helped me drop a few pounds. I think it’s just a testament to how changing your lifestyle can result in better health. But I know that I can do more. It will only take minimum effort to do a few exercises in the morning and before I go to bed. I know that doesn’t sound like much, but I’m a busy girl and it’s all I can do to finish a couple reps of crunches after writing a paper at one in the morning. It’s a start. Exercise really does take dedication. Sometimes we fall of the routine we have worked so hard to build up. But one thing I’ve learned is that you can’t feel defeated. You just have to start over. LOTS of exercise is great,but the little things people do matter as well. Each jumping jack gets you in better shape. So here I go again. I can juggle, work, school, all the other crazy aspects of life, and exercise…if I dedicate some time each day.
