This post comes from a very personal place. I want to be clear that by college I mean traditional 4+ year schools. I don’t say these things lightly. Everything here is my own personal opinion and my opinions are based on my own personal experiences with college. I have been an artist since I was a child. I loved to draw, paint, memorize ALL the colors in the jumbo box of Crayola Crayons. I tried to sew, cook, and make dandelion necklaces. On rainy days I would take the clay that formed on the hill beside my grandpa’s house and make little bowls( tear, good memories) MY point is that making something out of nothing was easy for me.
